Shipping & Delivery

All framed artworks are delivered via DHL Express and require signature upon delivery. Once your artwork is shipped you will receive your tracking information.

Domestic Orders - Please allow 1-2 weeks for your artwork to arrive. Collection by appointment from Notting Hill is also available - select this option at checkout and we will be in touch via email.

International Orders - Please allow 2-4 weeks for your artwork to arrive. International shipping does not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which are the responsibility of the customer and will be an additional charge to you. Please check with your local customs office for further information.

Payment

All prices are displayed in British Pound (GBP) and will be charged in GBP at the current exchange rate.

Linen

Artworks on canvas are painted on primed raw French fine linen. Given the linen is raw, subtle imperfections (“beauty spots”) can be expected.

Framing

All linen paintings are mounted in a pale birch wooden tray fame. The wood has an organic look and slight nuances are to be expected. All prints and artworks on paper are unframed, however I will email my framing recommendations (both ready-made and professional options).

What is an original artwork?

An original artwork is a unique painting by Jessica Yolanda Kaye. It is hand-signed by Jessica and there is only one unless otherwise specified in the product description.

What is a limited edition print?

A limited edition print is a reproduction of an original JYK artwork. It is printed on paper and is generally smaller than the original artwork. It comes with a hand-signed and numbered certificate of authenticity. Once an edition is sold out, it will never be reproduced again.

International orders

Jessica Yolanda Kaye will not be accountable / liable for artworks that are lost or damaged during shipment internationally. Jessica Yolanda Kaye is not liable to pay any duties / import - customs taxes that may be issued by the destination country to receive a purchased artwork.

Jessica Yolanda Kaye uses trusted international couriers and will not be accountable and/or liable for artworks that are lost or damaged during shipment internationally if an authority to leave is given to the courier company by the customer. Giving an authority to leave without a customer signature waives the customers right to a refund or replacement.

Returns

Although generally Jessica Yolanda Kaye does not offer refunds, if you have simply changed your mind on an original artwork, please do inform us by email within 24 hours of receiving your artwork if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase and we can work to resolve your concerns.

Refunds will only be applicable where Jessica Yolanda Kaye is deemed to be in breach of the description offered for each artworks. Refunds will be given strictly at the discretion of Jessica Yolanda Kaye. If a refund is approved the artwork/s must be shipped and delivered to Jessica Yolanda Kaye within 14 business days of date of delivery via DHL Courier. Note: the customer is liable for all shipping costs associated with the return of an artwork.
